Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: February 13, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of FreightHQ, a B2B SaaS product of Kairos Systems LLC, organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming ("FreightHQ," "we," "us").
FreightHQ is a B2B SaaS platform for freight forwarding and logistics businesses. The platform is meant for commercial operations—not consumer entertainment or general-purpose hosting.
You may use FreightHQ for legitimate business purposes that align with your subscription, including without limitation:
- Managing shipments, bookings, and operational workflows
- Creating and tracking invoices, costs, and related accounting records
- Storing and exchanging business documents tied to freight operations
- Using carrier integrations and vessel tracking features we make available
- Providing your customers access through the branded agent or client portal, where offered
You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services without our prior written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models of the Services
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Services except through documented APIs we expressly permit for your use case
- Resell, sublicense, or lease access to the Services except as expressly allowed in your agreement
- Upload or transmit malware, ransomware, or other harmful code, or attempt to disrupt or overload our systems or other customers' use of the Services
- Use the Services to violate customs, trade sanctions, export controls, or other laws governing the movement of goods or data across borders
- Use the Services for phishing, fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activity
You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts. Keep passwords and API keys confidential, restrict access to people who need it for their jobs, and notify us promptly at contact@freighthq.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment data, party names, commercial descriptions, and other information you enter or upload. FreightHQ provides tools to support your operations; it does not replace your obligation to comply with carriers, regulators, and your own customers.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Services—in whole or in part—if we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP or pose a risk to the Services or other users. Where practical, we will try to contact you before taking action, except when delay could cause harm or when law requires otherwise.
This AUP is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your master agreement with FreightHQ specifies otherwise.
